When I was a child I felt drawn to horses early on. I wanted to ride, but it was not possible for my parents, so I took to vaulting for 11 years. I spent as much time as possible at the yard in Germany , looking after and riding our vaulting horses.

In my early twenties I followed another passion which was photography and I spent 30 years focused on a life as a professional portrait photographer (www.ferguspadel.com ) which led to very interesting years and travels all over the world and a life in New York and London, Berlin and Hamburg.

Horses never left my heart and my mind and I always knew that I would find my way back to them eventually. That path started in 2015 when I came back from New York to Germany and I am still on that path with all is variations, challenges and wonderful gifts and learnings.

Early on, I was introduced to straightness issues in horses, became interested in osteopathy for horses and am a certified osteopath by the Welter Böller School in Germany since December 2021.
Since April 2025 I am certified in the Masterson Method and am now part of the Masterson Method Certified Practitioners ( MMCP ) community.

My interest to learn more in unborken. The workshops for fascial lines is booked and I am in a learning procerss and progress with bare hoof specialists.

I still love photography and naturally so, included horse photography in the same way as I did portraits. It is not only about their outer beauty, but very much also about who they are as individuals and as highly sensitive and spiritual and often funny beings. Therefore I decided to include photograhy in my offerings and would be happy to photograph you with your animals.

Since November 2022 I live in Southern France with my beloved horse Jako.
